Colleagues-
The SEAALL and NOALL Executive Boards, Local Arrangments Committee
and Program Committee are pleased to invite you to New Orleans,
Louisiana, March 12-14, 1998 for their 1998 Joint Annual Meeting.
New Orleans has a well deserved reputation as one of the world's
most gracious and beautiful cities. We could not be visiting The
Big Easy at a better time of year. The weather will be ideal for
riding the streetcar to the Garden District or for strolling
through the French Quarter, the location of our hotel, the
Monteleone.
In addition to the feast for the senses which New Orleans presents,
the Program Committee has done a tremendous job of thematically
linking our meeting location to law librarianship and its future.
I don't know about you, but I can almost taste the muffalettas
and beignets and feel the sawdust under my feet at Preservation
Hall. What are you waiting for? Make plans now to join your
SEAALL and NOALL colleagues in New Orleans. SEAALL and NOALL
members will be receiving their preliminary programs in the mail
very soon. However, everyone is welcome to join us!
Contact Catherine Lemann at the Law Library of Louisiana
(clemann@lasc.org) to request a preliminary program and
registration packet.
Laissez les bon temps roulez at SEAALL@NewOrleans.98, y'all!
