State pesticide regulation

Can someone recommend a treatise, etc. that might be helpful in
preparation for a survey on state pesticide regulation. Specifically in
relation to interpretation of federal preemption.

We have lots of material on environmental law, but pesticides are not
well treated in any of them.

Any help will be appreciated.
