West problems

This posting is a last-ditch effort to solve two long-standing
problems. Maybe someone out there can give us a clue to
accomplishing the following (maybe someone from West is
listening!): (1) The May update for Employment
Discrimination Coordinator never arrived. We ordered it twice
and finally received the reply that this update was no longer
available. No solution offered. Our Westlaw rep (who has
been valiantly trying to solve all our West problems) ordered
new contents. NOTHING has arrived and we are still holding
months of later updates unfiled waiting for May's pages. (2)
We have placed an order for West's Bankruptcy Reporter
Advance Sheets twice since September. NOTHING has
arrived--no advance sheets, no invoice, no confirmation, no
response. HELP! Please reply directly if you have tips that
might prompt some service from West. Thanks!
