FYI: The 1997 pocket part from the West Group, Connecticut General
Statutes
Annotated has a rather extensive editorial error. Under section
42a-2-725,
UCC statute of limitations in contracts for sale on page 21, there is one
decision note listed, number 5, evidence. UCC article 3 then starts and
continues on pages 22- et seq.. Now, the editorial error is that the first 9
UCC article 3 pages, numbered 22-30, indicate decision notes for UCC
section
42a-2-725 and not article 3. If a reader is not very careful the notes can
be very confusing and a rather big waste of time. Perhaps not every
pocket
part has this error but I thought it was sufficient enough for a mention.

Regards,
Eric :>)

Good morning -
The Cleveland office, which is now editorially responsible for the CGSA,
was forwarded your above (error) message.
After looking into it, we determined the dictionary head (number at top
of page indicating what section you're researching) is incorrect and
can be fixed at the present time, as we're working on compiling the
1998 Pocket Parts.
Thank you for bringing this oversight to our attention.
If you have any further question, please do not hesitate to call.
