I am looking for a decision issued by the US. Bankruptcy Court for the
District of Massachusetts, called Tourville v. IRS, No. 96-4377, 11/19/97.
The decision was referred to in the 12-22-97 issue of BNA Pension &
Benefits Reporter on p. 2830. I have not been able to find the decision
on Westlaw (we don't have Lexis), in Employee Benefits Cases; and a
colleague at another agency could not find it in her bankruptcy reporters.
I have not yet received a response from the bankruptcy court clerk's
office.
I would be very grateful if someone could fax me a copy of this case or
tell me where I might find it. Perhaps it's an unpublished decision. TIA.
