We have been looking for English translations of the extradition laws of
Turkey and Lithuania -- so far to no avail. Is anyone aware of a source
for these? We will, of course, pay any reasonable costs associated with
obtaining these documents. As time is of the essence, prompt responses
would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
