on Business Transactions, by Richard H. Mays. BNA Books
confirms that this book has not been updated, and is
scheduled to go out of print shortly.
Can anyone suggest an alternative book or other
material that would cover similar subject matter
(Federal Regs affecting transactions, environmental
audits, environmental aspects of real estate
transactions, etc.)?
