We are trying to find a treatise (or some lengthy discussion) of how
stock option plans and esops are treated in Germany for tax and/or
securities purposes. An attorney needs to familiarize himself fairly
quickly. The material needs to be in English. We have done a
literature search to no avail. We've also contacted various publishers
and have found nothing or are waiting for a response. Does anyone know
if such a treatise exists? TIA.
