Don't have the code cite (of course, it's an attorney asking) but wonder
if anyone can locate a portion of the Philadelphia Municipal Code
dealing with the consideration/inclusion of minority vendors when the
city has a contract for supplies or services. I know this is vague but
maybe it will ring a bell for someone who uses the code a lot (??) TIA
