Attorney looking for sample form creating a condo with mixed residental
and commercial spaces and the rights/limits in "common" areas.

I've checked MB's "Current Legal Forms," BNA's Tax Management
Portfolio on Cooperative and Condominium Apartments, The WA
Condominium Act,

but my time is running out for today (half day today)
