AAU decision needed

I need to get a copy of :
"Matter of [name not provided], WSC 92-079-50925 (AAU Oct. 5, 1992)
It has to do with defining advanced degree equivalence in Department of
Labor ETA forms.
Unfortunately I do not know what AAU stands for. Alien Admin. Unit??

Niether Lexis or Westlaw have these admin. decisions. I believe that this
opinion may be available on Matthew Bender Immigration CD-ROM.

Any ideas?
