We've decided to purchase certain volumes of the Illinois Annotated
Statutes - including the Rules of Civil Procedure. According to the
Hein Checklist, the Michie set (now Lexis-Nexis) has State and
Federal Court Rules Annotated in separate volumes. The
Smith-Hurd set by West, has volumes of Supreme Court and
Miscellaneous Rules. Both sets have Chapter 735 - Civil Procedure,
but I'm not certain if this is in fact the "Rules" of Civil Procedure.
Since I don't have access to either set, I wonder if anyone familiar
them can tell me what volumes contain the Illinois Rules of Civil
Procedure. Checking Lexis and Westlaw has not been helpful - nor
has calling customer service for either publisher.
