A patron needs a specific New Jersey form showing wording for "Time is of the Essence"
paragraph in an Agreement for Sale of Real Property. Or for a Notice to be given requiring that Time is of the Essence since the general sales agreement closing date has not been met by the Buyers.
The Attorney for the Buyers states that the form must be the one specified by New Jersey.
The patron is in Pittsburgh and is willing to pay for a faxed copy.
