West Keycite Overcharge ? -Reply

1. No, but I was scared.

2. Try Quickview or Customer Service.

3. Even correctly using the Transactional pricing option, one did incur
some minor (pennies) communication/connect charges. However, once
by mistake I did open a database before using KeyCite..flat-fee $25.00.
And I only used Print Screen for printing. And never Jumped out of
KeyCite to Find a listed case. Links were not advertised as free. Indeed,
it was easy to slip out of KeyCite and incur other charges.
