When trying to find court rules on the Internet, a good first stop is
Genie Tyburski's Litigator's Internet Resource Guide: Court Rules, at
http://www.llrx.com/columns/litigat.htm . This page is updated
frequently and contains links to Federal, Federal Local, State,
and State Local court rules. But in this case, the Western District
of NY isn't listed, though the Southern and Eastern Districts are.
