I was called and interviewed last week by some DOJ
Antitrust Dept. attorneys who are investigating the Reed
Elsevier purchase of Wolters Kluwer (ie, CCH). I gave them
the address of law-lib (told them there is a LOT of grumbling
about the Dark Tower, etc) and I think some one of them will
join the list to see what we are talking about. I am sure many
more of y'all will be called. Keep up the good work on the
list...someone has to be told that the Emperor is wearing no
clothes!!! (FWIW, I was interviewed *twice* last year by the
DOJ attorneys re:West/Thompson and we see where that got
us! <VBG>)
