One of our attorneys retrieved from Westlaw a chapter from
ALI-ABA's Course of Study on Product Distribution and
Marketing (SB75 ALI-ABA 325) entitled "The Broad Scope of
Franchise Laws: Traps for the Distribution Contract Drafter."
There should be a chart at the end outlining state laws in this
area, but instead there is a message indicating that this is
not displayable and to "see the ALI Course Materials for the
omitted material." Local resources do not have this seminar
