We're looking at various organizational structures for county law
library trustee boards, and are wondering if there are any trustee
boards out there set up as non-profit corporations? or some other form
of tax-exempt organization? This is of academic interest to my board at
this point. We would appreciate hearing from any county law library
with what appears to be an unusual type of setup for a county law
library board of trustees.

for the list(s) if desired.
