Does anyone have any experience with the *Authority* CD-roms from
Matthew Bender? We are trying the one on govt contracts.
The tutorial is not a tutorial. It is the onscreen version of what is in
the printed handbook.
So far I am not impressed. At $800 to buy it AND $800 per year to
maintain/update it....
Is there anything here that is NOT on West/Lex?
Please share any experience with this product.
