One of the easiest sources for quick foreign law is Martindale-Hubbell's
International Law Digest. Singapore, page Sing-3 has the Companies Act
under the subject Corporations. It indicates: Companies act (Cap 50)
regulates corporations. Companies Act is based on UK Companies Act 1948 and
Austrailian Companies Act.
