I am trying to find the text (either in English or Spanish) of an
investment treaty that was signed by Mexico and Germany on October 8,
1997. I have have looked in the appropriate places on Westlaw and Lexis,
and have also checked with Boalt Express. I have looked at the website
for the National Law Center for Inter-American Free Trade, and have also
talked directly with their staff, but have not yet found the treaty.
(I am also looking for similar 1995 treaties that Mexico signed with
Spain and Switzerland, but the Mexican-German treaty is preferred.)
Any great ideas for a source? Thanks in advance...
