We are looking for examples of S-8 filings relating to equity incentive
plans by companies that do not otherwise have public equity. We have
been through Disclosure, various online services, etc etc. The attorney
is insisting that such filings exist, but we are at the end of our
imaginations. To us it seems as though it is being suggested that a
non-filing company makes a filing on itself. Does anyone have any
ideas?
