We are trying to determine if out-of-state construction contractors
(non-public works) are required to be registered, licensed, certified,
etc. before they can do construction projects in Pennsylvania.
We have searched the PA statutes via WESTLAW and the Internet--nothing
found so far for non-public works contractors. I do not have ready
access to the PA administrative code. Does anyone out there in
Pennsylvania know? Or could someone give me a clue as to which PA state
agency might be the appropriate one to call?
