Any help would be most appreciated:
I need to get copies (quickly of course!) of the Bahamas Trust acts
1/ Trustee Act of 1893 (c. 20?)
2/ The Trust law (choice of governing law) act 1989
3/ The Fraudulent Disposition Act, 1991
Does anyone know of a web site that would have the text of these? I've
found lots of discussion, but no text. Or does anyone have copies that
can be faxed or borrowed? Willing to pay costs.
