I have been trying to find out if an Alabama Circuit Court (Jackson Co,
38th District) case is still current (whether it has been
appealed/reversed). Unfortunately it is not on the WEstLaw database and
Shepard's is of no use. It was reporter only in the Media Law REporter
(13 Media Law Reporter 2167; Norandal USA INC v Local Union No. 7468).
I called the court but they couldn't find the file. Does anyon ehave
any brillant ideas? I need some at this point. Thanks.
