A warm thank you to the two senior editors at West Group who
promptly responded to my call for help. Seems that both
books did in fact stay with West, but are no longer being
updated. Not the best news, but at least now I know what
happened to them. Shame on the customer "service" rep who
insisted that they had been sold to Lexis.
Thanks also to the anonymous West Group law-libber who
forwarded my message to the appropriate parties.
