I have a case (Fox v. Doe, 869 SW2d 507, 1993) which cites and quotes
TEX.R.Civ.P 76a(1). Court records "are presumed to be open to the
general public."
However, WESTLAW, produces only a rule 76 with no subparagraphs.
Has Texas changed its rule?
If Texas has a new rule could anyone FAX a copy? Will pay expenses.
TIA
