I have been asked to find an FCC order issued Friday? re " preempting
Texas' legislative rule requiring build-out by CLECS to 27 miles as a
condition to entering the local exchange."
I have searched FCC web site, Texas PUC web site, and NARUC.
Does anyone know what the docket title and/or number is?
