That ought to be a National Enquirer headline, but -- sad to say -- it is
all too common news these days.
I just received volume 222 of Illinois Decisions at a cost (including tax
and shipping) of $58.41. A year ago the cost was $54.03; in March it
increased to $56.28. In less than a year, West has increased the cost
8.1%.
The Dark Tower continues to spit forth its evil.
