I am trying to gather some information on venture capital
firms--specifically what sorts of liability issues there are related to
these firms. What happens if they misrepresent their offering or handle
funds improperly? I've done the usual searches through news articles &
law revs & have a few scattered stories but nothing very meaty. Just
wondered if any of you have other ideas, suggestions, resources. TIA
