     To the almighty Law-Lib:
     
     
         I am trying in vain to locate a paper cited in a Fordham Law
     Review article (60 Fordham Law Review 133). In footnote 42, a paper
     entitled "Drafting of Indemnification Agreements and Engagement
     Letters for Investment Bankers in Light of Recent Legal Developments"
     is mentioned. It was drafted by the firm of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen,
     and Katz. We have called Wachtell Lipton, Fordham Law Library (and
     Fordham Law Review), but to no avail. Does anyone out there in
     Law-Lib land have this paper or know where it can be located?
