Does anyone have or know where I could find the Bennett (Commission?)
Report on the Fiduciary Powers Act. This became NY EPTL 11-1.1. The
attorney who requested it seems to think it came out around 1965, but I
haven't even been able to find any references to it. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
