We are very pleased to announce the birth of a new journal. "Newsletter
European Private Law". This Newsletter aims at informing legal academics of
the various initiatives concerning the bringing about of a European Private
Law. It is not intended to replace existing law reviews. The main language
will be English, but publications in French and German are not excluded.
