I personally think WestGroup should be sending out all these duplicates.
Each set would be incomplete without them. Whether a library decides to
keep them all is another matter, but a library with just one of the sets
has the expectation to receive the act, either as a new tax act (RIA), or
as a PL 105-37 (USCA).
I've had the GPO Acrobat version on my computer for several weeks, but
have kept looking for hard copy at the end of US Tax Reporter, USCA, USCS
