We recently received 4 copies of the Taxpayers Relief Act 1997 with
our RIA subscriptions and a couple of CCH variations on the Act.
Monday (9/15/97) we received 2 duplicate copies of the Taxpayer
Relief Act 1997 with our USCA subscription and 2 bills for $41.50
each. Thanks to LAW-LIB and Elaine Momsen's warning last Friday we
are returning the duplicates.
Today (9/17/97) we received another copy in a green AM JUR 2d
cover with a bill for $43.50. Does West Group think we won't notice
these duplicate publications by changing their colors and prices?
Library buyers beware! West is disguising their publications for
Halloween already!
By the way is anyone else having trouble getting return labels for
all of West Group's shipping errors (which could fill a book)?
