Reference Librarian. Marquette University Law Library is seeking a service-oriented reference librarian. Responsibilities: provide reference assistance to law faculty and students, the Marquette community, members of the bar and the public; teach first year and advanced legal research; participate in the library's liaison program to faculty and student organizations; and help prepare library publications. Some evening and weekend hours are required. Required qualifications: JD and MLS degrees from ABA and ALA accredited institutions; a strong service orientation; and excellent oral and written communication skills. Preferred qualifications: Expertise or interest in developing expertise in intellectual property law research, or experience in webpage development and maintenance. Salary is competitive.
