1.) A management series based on the Dilbert characters

2.) Several very good tapes produced by Video Arts. The company is run by ex-Monty Python actor John Cleese. The subject matter they cover is in the area of what you are looking for, so I'm sure they would have something.

3.) The corporate library of LEXIS/NEXIS in Dayton Ohio used to have audio cassettes that were quite good that covered treating employees as though they were customers. (Thanks, Barbara F.)
4.) American Media,Inc. lists a video in their catalog called "But I don't have
customers" There is a Government and an office version. You can preview it for 5 days for $40. They are at 1-800-262-2557. (Thanks, Jane T.)
