I'm looking for a bilateral treaty between Honduras and the United States.
Unfortunately, further information about this animal is sketchy at best.
The attorney thinks it's called something like "Treaty of Friendship,
Commerce and Navigation" and was signed 7/1/95 but hasn't been
ratified by the Senate. I can find a treaty by that name signed 1927 and I
can find references to the "Bilateral Investment Treaty(BIT)" signed on
7/1/95 but I can't find anything that mets both criteria. Ideally, I'd like to
find exactly what the attorney is asking for. However, I think that the BIT
with Honduras is what he's really looking for, but I can't find the text.
Because this hasn't been ratified yet it's not at the UN Treaty site, and
everything else I find talks about it but doesn't give the text. Can anyone
help? TIA!
