A new publisher for NJ Administrative Reports 2nd?

Does anyone know if the Office of Administrative Law in New Jersey has taken over publication of N.J.A.R. 2d from Barclays. Calls to Barclays, West Group and the OAL have not yielded a publisher willing to process an order.
