Color me Duh!

Many thanks to the kind people who responded to my pitiful bleat re:
Corbin on Contracts. I bet lots of you knew this already, but this is
the first time I'd had the issue arise. According to popular wisdom,
when large or multivolume sets are boiled down to one-volume editions,
various parts get left out. When text is omitted (for whatever reason),
it's customary - and reasonable - to omit the footnotes to that piece
of text as well. So browsers beware! If you have a one-volume edition
of a publication that originally was larger, you may have patrons asking
where the rest of it went. So far, the only way I've found to fill in
the blanks is to locate an unabridged version of your publication and
look it up there.

Thanks, y'all!
