I would like to get opinions comparing/contrasting recommending/not
recommending the CDB Infotek public records database vs. LEXIS/
NEXIS's offerings of same. My firm is being solicited by both, and my
first impression is that CDB Infotek's prices and ease of use seem almost
too good to be true. We are leaning that way, particularly after a couple
of high charges incurred in LEXIS' Person/P-Trak files.
I'm also interested in learning how or why people use these databases
over any new public record sources that may have sprung up
elsewhere or on the internet in the last few hours.
Any comments or opinions would be appreciated. If possible please
