The Patron Services Committee of the Research Instruction & Patron Services SIS
has been asked to identify needs in patron services areas such as reference,
circulation, document delivery, and ILL that can be met by the SIS. As a first
step the Committee is asking for suggestions from the AALL membership at large.
We are looking for projects to work on in the above mentioned areas that can be
done by small (4-5 persons) groups of people within the course of a year. If
anyone has suggestions I would appreciate hearing them.
