BNA's Electronic Information Policy and Law Report
is published weekly, has a green band along the top
edge of the first page, and costs $795/year. This
publication's home page can be found at
        http://www.bna.com/e-law/

We subscribe to it and like it. While the focus is
mainly US the coverage is international. Hope this
        info helps.
