I am looking for a copy of the second draft of the EC Directive on
biotechnology inventions, which was given its first reading in the
European Parliament on July 16th. I've searched Lexis and the web in
vain. Does anyone have a copy, or know where it can be found online?
I'll be glad to pay for copying/faxing charges. Thanks!
