Considering Wiley's vocabulary never really included the word
"Customer Service," I would like to think that Aspen will be an
improvement...
Thanks :)

I just heard this morning that Aspen Publications has signed a
letter
of intent to purchase Wiley Law publications. One thing that has
certainly suffered with all these buyouts is customer service.
Perhaps some day, one of these publishers will get it right. One
can
always dream.
