We need to obtain a copy of a Mass. case that was summarized in the
Connecticut Construction Industry Association weekly newsletter (Aug
29th edition). Unfortunately, I do not have a name or citation, but I know
that the decision struck down a project labor agreement (PLA) for two
high school projects in Lynn, MA. Evidently, the PLA was challenged by
six subcontractors.
