I just sent this request, but I don't think it made it to the
list. If it did, I apologize for repeating myself.
An attorney here needs a copy of a Fairfax circuit court
opinion as soon as possible, and I can't retrieve it from any
of the usual sources (I believe it was not published).
The case is Moss v. Moss, #127109, 10/28/93, Judge Roush.
The court will send us the opinion if we mail a request and a
check ($.50 a page, but we don't know how many pages, so we'd
have to first mail a letter asking how long it is!) The
attorney doesn't like that. If anyone already has this opinion
and wouldn't mind faxing it to me, I would really appreciate
it. Thanks for any help.
