REF Q: How to get interpretations to National Electrical Safety Code

Cross-posted to law-lib and privatelawlib-l. Please excuse the
duplication.

I have been asked to locate any available interpretations since
1984, to section 282E of the National Electrical Safety Code. I
have tried all print sources I could think of, to no avail. I tried their
IEEE website, and found an email address to communicate with,
but after about a week, I have not gotten an answer. I went back
to the website, and got a telephone number, which when called
was naturally "disconnected, and no longer in service." That
number was (732) 562-3800.

Any suggestions/help would ne greatly appreciated.
