Hello all, we are having an amazing week, including a large flood (we're
working on it). Yesterday the president of the Association asked me to
obtain the Dept of Justice brief for a case that has not been argued before
the US Sup Ct yet. It is Taxman vs. Bd of Education of Piscataway, 91 F.3d
1547. I checked the Sup Ct web site, DOJ website, Lexis and Westlaw - no
luck. By chance, has anyone obtained this brief from the court and, if so,
could you send me a copy? I will be happy to reimburse copying and mailing
costs. I realize that I could call a service, but am trying to keep the
cost down. Many thanks for your help.
