Florida Commission on Aging with Dignity has published a document that
outlines commonly asked questions about the end of life (living will). Is
this document available on the net anywhere? We tried FL government sites
with no luck?? and Commssion phone number listed is not in service.
If it is not online, would someone fax it to us?? We will gladly pay costs.
Any help appreciated.
